This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited activities on botaplace.com ("Platform"). By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on our platform:

2.1 Illegal & Fraudulent Activities

  • Selling illegal goods or services (weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, etc.).
  • Money laundering, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent transactions.
  • Using stolen payment methods or unauthorized credit card transactions.
  • Bypassing security measures, hacking, or unauthorized data access.

2.2 High-Risk Businesses & Restricted Content

  • Adult content, pornography, escort services, or sexually explicit materials.
  • Gambling, betting, lottery, or casino-related services. .
  • Financial services such as binary options, forex trading, or unlicensed lending.
  • Selling counterfeit goods, intellectual property violations, or copyright infringement.

2.3 Misuse of Payment Processing

  • Processing payments outside of the Stripe.
  • Circumventing Stripe’s payment system to avoid transaction fees.
  • Misrepresenting transactions (e.g., charging for goods/services not provided).

3. Enforcement & Consequences

Violating this policy may result in the following actions:

  • Warning or account suspension for minor infractions.
  • Permanent ban from our platform for serious violations.
  • Legal action if activities violate local, federal, or international laws.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement as necessary.

4. Reporting Violations

If you suspect a violation of this policy, report it toabuse.user@botaplace.com or through our in-app reporting system.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
